Zumba-thon for The Shelter
Nov 14, 2009 - The newest fitness craze is coming to the WFCU Arena’s Community Room on November 14 with proceeds to the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society. Zumba incorporates various Latin-style dance moves to upbeat music that will really get your heart pumping! Registration forms can be found on-line at www.windsorhumane.org (a $30 minimum pledge is required to participate), there will be a prize basket for the top donations collected, fruit/veggies and bottled water will be supplied to participants. No experience required as there will be Zumba instructors participating and available to assist you throughout the three-hour event. Please phone 519.972.0405 for further information.
