The Early Years Matter Community Forum
Nov 5, 2009 - A community forum on the importance of the early years of a child. The event will feature Dr. Fraser Mustard and Dr. Charles Pascal. The pair will explain how investments made during the first critical years of a child’s life are returned to all levels and areas of our society, including enhanced academic achievement, health and economic success.
