Healthy Mind Expo
Nov 14, 2009 to Nov 15, 2009 - This Expo will provide seminars about the programs provided by Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County that help the people diagnosed, their caregivers and families. Attendees will learn first hand about alternative and traditional approaches to health and wellness of the mind from exhibitors.
Nutritional guidance, newest trends, fitness, greening your environment and cooking demos are all part of the Expo. Proceeds from the $2 admission will be invested into local programs and services at ASWEC.
