Summer Harvest Festival
Aug 15, 2009 to Aug 16, 2009 - FedUp Windsor presents the 2nd annual Summer Harvest Festival. On Saturday, August 15th, events include: Garden Bike Tour from 3:00 to 6:30 PM (meet in the garden at 1950 Ottawa); Summer Garden Harvest Party at 463 Askin from 6:00 to 11:30 PM (pay-what-you-can, $10.00 suggested donation. On Sunday, August 16th, there will be an Urban Foraging Workshop and Harvest Swap at 328 Pelissier from 2:00 to 6:00 PM; Screening of “The Future of Food” at 1799 Wyandotte Street East includes the film and community discussion with panel guests from 7:00 to 10:00 PM.
