The Windsor International Fringe Festival
Jul 17, 2009 to Jul 26, 2009 - The Windsor International Fringe Festival is back after the great success of it’s inaugural summer in downtown Windsor. The Windsor Fringe has contracted with over 200 participating theatre, musical, visual, busking, dance and chalk artists for this summer’s festival. Worldwide, 2009 participating artists hailing from the Netherlands, Israel, Florida, California and Australia will join local, regional and Canadian artists from Windsor, London, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver and Michigan to perform for this 10-day event, which takes place on the streets, parks and indoor venues, in and around downtown Windsor. Children and Adults of all ages will find entertainment to enjoy each and every day of this event.
The Windsor International Fringe Festival is a combined 5-in-festival incorporating The Windsor Theatre Fringe, The Windsor Visual Fringe, The Chalk & Chocolate Festival, Buskin’ to the Beat and The Windsor International Buskers Festival.
All outdoor events are Free. Theatre Fringe Tickets $9.00 with a one-time $5.00 Fringe Button purchase. Buttons & Advance Tickets are available at the Chrysler Theatre Box Office as of June 15, 2009 or/will be able to be purchased online from www.windsorfringe.com
