Bluesfest International and the Memorial Cup Champs
Jul 17, 2009 to Jul 18, 2009 - On Saturday & Sunday, fans attending Bluesfest can meet the Memorial Cup Champion Windsor Spitfire players, get autographs and a picture of themselves holding the Memorial Cup while helping raise money for Bluesfest’s newest charity partner, The Wounded Warriors Fund. Two of Bluesfest’s largest sponsors, CAW local 2458 and Local 200 have generously come together, and donated a Ford Flex (valued at $34,000+) to the Wounded Warriors Fund to assist in their outreach program for Canadian Veterans returning from Afghanistan. Another Bluesfest/Wounded Warrior Team member, Terry Jones of Jones Group Racing, will showcase their Wounded Warrior-logo’ed ARCA race car on site at Bluesfest at the Wounded Warrior Booth.
Hours: 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Cost: $20 or $35 for weekend pass
