Jan 23, 2009 to Jan 25, 2009 - A health, wellness and fitness expo with 150-200 exhibitors. Friday, January 23rd from 2pm-8pm, Saturday, January 24th 10am-6pm, Sunday, January 25th, 11am-5pm. Located at The Windsor Expo Centre 1508 Walker Rd corner of Walker Rd and Seminole ( the Old Gm Trim Plant, parking on St.Luke)
This expo is for every health, wellness and fitness enthusiast interested in living longer and feeling better. This 3 day event is a consumer based show and it will have live demonstrations of various aerobic, yoga, palates and information seminars to fit everyone from the young to the old. So come on down and wear your sweats!! Participation is encouraged. This expo is produced by Blue Door Productions.
