Meet the Artist: Soapstone Carver George Bird
Dec 9, 2008 - Attention art enthusiasts and collectors. Sunday, December 9th…Colio Estate Wines and Baubles by Blue present renowned soapstone carver George Bird, from South Indian Lake,Manitoba. He will have a work in progress on-site and give a carving demonstration.
George will speak about his work at 3pm. Guests can enjoy a sample of wine and nibble on cheese and crackers while they view several of Georges’ finished piece’s. Everyone Welcome.
